Co-founder
I’m James Read, co-founder and director of Unravel-UK. Having worked in the healthcare recruitment market for over a decade, I have seen success across recruitment, business development, new business growth and strategy. I’ve built my career on understanding the recruitment mechanics of the healthcare market and what drives success in this space. Over the years I have seen benefits from focusing on the challenges at hand, and how I can solve these for both client and candidate. Through my deep knowledge of market trends, agency engagement, and clinical staffing challenges I have grown and nourished key relationships allowing me to offer sound and level-headed advice.

I’m Steven Anthony, co-founder of Unravel-UK. Starting out as a recruitment consultant in the Healthcare market 25 years ago, I have always been driven to go above and beyond delivering exceptional service. As my career progressed from Recruiter to Managing Director, I remained focused on ensuring that the business solved problems for its candidates and clients, enabling it to become a major player in the market. Throughout my career my knowledge and experience has continued to grow, which I have passed on to my teams, allowing them to grow further and ultimately the business profit. Data sources, data credibility and how to use data effectively has always frustrated and fascinated me, which led to the creation of Unravel-UK. Through Unravel-UK I want to support other businesses (big or small) in their growth journey and to solve their problems.

They are responsible for sorting, consolidating, and refining vast volumes of healthcare data-ensuring that every report we produce is accurate, insightful, and actionable.
